Description

You will lead a team delivering spacecraft hardware through volume production and flight, driving multiple active programs simultaneously, and ensuring technical and programmatic excellence. This role involves coaching future leaders, developing technical roadmaps, and serving as the primary contact for US Government customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics
• 10+ years experience in aerospace industry
• 5+ years technical project management in aerospace
• Active Top-Secret SCI or DOE Level Q clearance
• Willing to work extended hours/weekends and travel up to 25%
