You will drive core user metrics, triage root causes of poor user experience, and serve as product manager for feature launches and automation projects to improve Starlink's broadband service globally.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 4+ years experience in venture capital, management consulting, or operations/product management at a tech company
- Willingness to dive deep into technical topics and data analytics
- Experience in data analysis using Python, SQL, R, or similar
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed
Responsibilities
- Drive core user metrics: NPS, customer contact ratio, cancellation ratio, customer satisfaction score
- Triage and eliminate root causes of poor user experience across organizations
- Fix, delete, automate, or create new processes for structural and emerging issues
- Serve as product manager/project owner for feature launches and software automation projects
- Work cross-functionally with Network, product, UI/UX, support, billing, and other teams
