💼 About This Role

You'll drive revenue growth by hunting new business and expanding existing accounts across ASEAN/North Asia for a pioneering AI customer service platform. You'll own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, managing a $650K+ ARR territory while collaborating with Customer Solutions Consultants to deliver impactful demos. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge AI tools like LLMs in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the entire sales motion for Enterprise accounts
• Manage and close expansion opportunities within existing customer base
• Build and maintain strong sales pipeline through prospecting
• Develop territory plan to support achievement of sales targets
• Accurately forecast quarterly results to Sales Leadership

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Account Executive experience selling B2B SaaS into Enterprise accounts across ASEAN/North Asia
• Consistently managed a $650K+ ARR new business territory
• Track record of exceeding quota
• Open to travel for client visits

• Experience in ANZ region
• Secondary Asian language (Chinese/Korean/Japanese/Bahasa Melayu/Bahasa Indonesian)
