Description

You will lead the maintenance strategy and operational framework for automation equipment within CLS, ensuring stable operation and performance optimization to support rapid logistics automation expansion. You will manage the Automation Maintenance organization, improve on-site workforce efficiency, enhance maintenance systems, and drive performance improvements through data-driven metrics.

Requirements

• Experience in maintenance planning for automated systems
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work with performance indicators and data analysis
• Knowledge of automation equipment and logistics systems
• Fluent in Korean and English

Responsibilities

• Manage overall automation equipment maintenance strategy and operations
• Optimize on-site staffing efficiency and enhance maintenance systems
• Drive performance improvements through metrics-based management
• Conduct technical reviews from maintenance perspective during equipment design phase to prevent recurring failures
• Improve overall operational quality of the organization
