Description

You will provide tactical scheduling support to production teams building ceramic heat shield tiles for Starship, coordinating inputs across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain to maintain accurate master schedules and mitigate risks. You'll prepare daily work schedules, track progress, and communicate adjustments to leadership, ensuring on-time delivery against aggressive vehicle production goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of manufacturing scheduling, planning, or operations; OR 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Experience using ERP or MRP systems in a production environment
• Ability to pass Air Force background check for Cape Canaveral
• Must be able to travel up to 25% and work extended hours/weekends as needed
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR requirement)

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical scheduling support to production teams, coordinate input from engineering, manufacturing, development, and suppliers to maintain accurate Master Schedules
• Identify critical work requests ahead/behind targets and mitigate schedule risks to align with vehicle production needs
• Prepare daily work schedules, track progress, update critical path schedules, and communicate adjustments
• Utilize Factory Scheduler and ERP/MRP systems to schedule, prioritize work, allocate resources, and support fixture/tooling/test equipment planning
• Support internal logistics accuracy for critical work movement, push/pull jobs to improve lead times and meet schedule commitments
