You'll secure patient data from EHRs and lab systems and apply tokenization and de-identification for privacy compliance. You'll manage HISEC-compliant data pipelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clinical and research needs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collect, clean, and aggregate patient data from EHRs and lab systems.
• Apply tokenization and expert determination de-identification processes.
• Manage secure data pipelines and repositories for sensitive patient info.
• Design end-to-end Data aggregation solutions using Python and PySpark.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant consulting-industry experience
• Deep understanding of U.S. pharmaceutical datasets and applications
• Experience with tokenization tools and expert determination for de-identification
• Strong programming skills in Python and working knowledge of PySpark

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with HISEC standards or high-security frameworks
• Proficiency in Snowflake, Redshift, Airflow, Databricks workflows
• Strong understanding of HIPAA, GDPR, and data privacy regulations
