You will lead and manage all aspects of the store, driving sales, operational excellence, and team development. Your role focuses on creating a positive, high-performance environment aligned with Alo's mission of mindful movement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar retail leadership role
• Strong knowledge of local market and competitors
• Excellent people management and coaching skills
• Ability to manage P&L and operational metrics
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic
• Analyze KPIs to support business-driving strategies and meet sales goals
• Lead new hire onboarding and ongoing training for staff
• Manage store operations including visual merchandising, inventory, and payroll
• Resolve customer issues and collaborate with corporate partners
