- Lead commercial growth strategy for high-priority accounts
- Mentor Client Success Managers on retention and growth
- Drive pipeline management and forecasting accuracy
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with Sales and Engineering
π Requirements
- 8+ years in digital marketing or client success
- Proven track record driving revenue growth and retention
- Strong commercial understanding of programmatic media or analytics
- Experience negotiating complex contracts with enterprise clients
