Description

Lead maintenance operations to preserve and protect the community's assets, ensuring timely service requests and apartment turnover while maintaining safety and efficiency. You'll supervise make-ready processes, preventative maintenance, and emergency on-call duties.

Requirements

• 5+ years in trades, facilities, or residential building maintenance
• HVAC, EPA, or NAPE certification
• Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Knowledge of risk management, OSHA, and MSDS
• Basic carpentry, drywall, and painting skills

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Manage make-ready and apartment turnover process
• Execute preventative maintenance programs
• Maintain building safety and cleanliness, including snow removal
• Participate in emergency on-call rotation
