You'll lead the Key Account Management team for Latin America, empowering high-value partnerships and driving significant revenue growth. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the Key Account Management LATAM team, setting strategic goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchants
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Tech, Finance, Legal, and Operations
- Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and track performance
๐ Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- 5+ years in Key Account Management, Client Success, or Relationship Management in payments or fintech
- Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams with international clients
- Strong understanding of payment technologies, financial services, and industry regulations
