  • Lead and develop the Key Account Management LATAM team, setting strategic goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchants
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Tech, Finance, Legal, and Operations
  • Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and track performance

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • 5+ years in Key Account Management, Client Success, or Relationship Management in payments or fintech
  • Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams with international clients
  • Strong understanding of payment technologies, financial services, and industry regulations
