🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead underwriting and financial modeling for development deals
• Own a portion of the development pipeline from site ID to construction
• Manage due diligence for land acquisitions and financing
• Coordinate with consultants, lenders, and municipalities

📋 Requirements

• 5–12 years of experience in real estate development or related field
• Proven ability to lead underwriting independently
• Strong Excel-based financial modeling skills
• Experience managing external consultants or capital relationships
