You'll lead large, complex implementation programs for Databricks customers in Latin America, driving value realization and strategic account growth. Your core impact will be scoping and executing multi-workstream initiatives that directly contribute to revenue targets. This role combines deep customer advisory with program management in a high-growth data and AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Independently lead large, complex cross-functional programs with minimal oversight.
• Drive full-cycle sales of Professional Services and Training programs.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to exceed revenue targets.
• Proactively monitor customer sentiment and ensure high satisfaction.

📋 Requirements

• 7-10 years running a Professional Services line of business.
• 10+ years in senior customer-facing roles with influencing and execution.
• Deep understanding of PS T offerings including partner funding programs.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale program plans and service delivery.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Databricks architecture and competitors.
• Experience with migration programs and Centers of Excellence.
• Familiarity with LATAM market.
