You will maintain clean and safe living environments for senior residents by performing cleaning duties such as dusting, mopping, and trash removal. Your work ensures comfort and dignity for residents while supporting a positive team atmosphere.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Previous housekeeping or laundry experience in long-term care preferred but not required
• Positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Clean furnishings, fixtures, ledges, windows, heating/cooling units by washing, dusting, or polishing
• Clean floors by sweeping, vacuuming, dust mopping, or damp/wet mopping
• Empty trash and clean receptacles; transport trash to proper area
• Report maintenance concerns, pest control problems, and unsafe conditions to supervisor
• Interact positively with residents, family members, guests, and personnel
