Description

You will build and scale the data infrastructure that powers decision-making at Charlie Health, transforming raw data into actionable insights to improve outcomes for teens and young adults receiving behavioral health treatment. You will work cross-functionally to design scalable data models, optimize workflows, and drive a culture of experimentation.

Requirements

• Advanced SQL expertise (Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery)
• Proficiency with dbt for building scalable data models
• Experience with BI tools (Hex, Tableau)
• Understanding of data warehouse architecture and governance
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize data models in Snowflake using dbt
• Develop scalable data workflows with data engineers
• Build dashboards and self-serve analytics in Hex and Tableau
• Implement best practices for A/B testing and impact measurement
• Continuously refine queries to optimize performance and cost
