💼 About This Role

You'll join Airwallex's Global Regulatory Compliance team to manage US regulatory licensing and compliance programs. You'll drive the State MTL licensing program and ensure compliance through cross-functional collaboration with regulators and internal teams. This role offers direct exposure to regulatory examinations and high-impact projects in a rapidly growing fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage regulatory compliance components of license authorization processes
• Liaise with regulators on license applications and information requests
• Support and manage on-site exams and inspections
• Advise business on regulatory change initiatives

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 4+ years of regulatory compliance in financial services or fintech
• Familiarity with US financial regulatory laws and industry practices
