You'll lead the Americas credit and collections function for Anthropic, scaling processes for a rapidly growing AI company. Your core impact will be driving the automation and AI roadmap to improve efficiency and DSO. This strategic role offers the chance to shape global credit policy and partner with Sales, Legal, and Customer Success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set strategic direction for Americas credit and collections.
• Own collections automation roadmap and AI adoption.
• Lead and develop a team of credit professionals.
• Manage credit risk strategy for new and existing customers.

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading credit and collections teams in high-growth or enterprise SaaS.
• Demonstrated experience driving automation across credit and collections workflows.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial credit risk assessment and tools.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and AR systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP).

✨ Nice to Have

• 10+ years of progressive experience in AR, credit, or collections.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI or LLM-based solutions in finance or AR.
• Experience supporting a company through rapid scaling.
