💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Toptal's growth and platform integration. Your work will directly shape how talent and clients experience a unified product ecosystem across core platform, new initiatives, and acquisitions. This remote role offers the chance to lead a team of Product Managers while driving cross-functional synergy with Marketing, Engineering, and M&A.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product strategy and roadmap for growth and platform leverage.
• Lead upsell, cross-sell, and packaging strategies across offerings.
• Partner with M&A to develop product integration frameworks.
• Coach and grow a team of Product Managers.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software Product Management experience.
• 3+ years leading other Product Managers.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Economics).
• Prior experience in platform strategy and portfolio integration.
