Description

You will support Slingshot's efforts to accelerate space security, safety, and sustainability by detecting, tracking, identifying, and characterizing satellites and space debris. Your work will involve designing sensing systems, developing software/hardware interfaces, creating detection and calibration algorithms, and modeling sensor network capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design sensing systems for space surveillance
• Develop software/hardware interfaces for ground- and space-based sensor systems
• Develop detection, calibration, and mount control algorithms
• Model, simulate, and analyze sensor network capabilities
• Develop robust software to process data from space surveillance sensors
