You'll support monthly financial performance analysis and budgeting/forecasting for a global fintech company. You'll act as a finance business partner to drive data-driven decision-making across business units.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support monthly financial performance analysis and variance analysis
• Prepare monthly Flash and Group Reports for top management
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
• Act as finance business partner to business stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Management, Engineering, or quantitative field
• 2–5 years experience in FP&A, Finance, or Controlling
• Financial modeling and reporting expertise
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

• Knowledge of SAP modules
• Preferably degree with honors
