You'll architect the partner education strategy at Stay22, creating scalable content that drives partner growth and retention. You'll build a self-service ecosystem of resources like Academy courses and guides. This role transforms support insights into automated learning opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and maintain content ecosystem (Academy, Partner Hub, webinars)
• Create onboarding guides, troubleshooting tutorials, and video scripts
• Analyze support tickets and RevOps data to fill knowledge gaps
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Partner Success teams

📋 Requirements

• Excellent writing and storytelling skills for technical content
• Experience with LMS platforms and knowledge bases
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with GTM teams
• Multimedia production skills (video editing, graphic design)
