You'll work with a team of onsite technicians supporting the VA's EHR deployment and training project, assisting with oversight of workload. You'll be deploying, imaging, and setting up equipment across the VA medical center campus and offsite training centers, ensuring network connectivity and inventory management. This role combines strong technical skills with an emphasis on delivering a high level of customer service.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deploy, image, and set up PCs, laptops, and peripherals
• Manage inventory and network connectivity at training sites
• Perform hardware break-fix support and troubleshooting
• Conduct routine system administration tasks and logging

📋 Requirements

• 5 years experience in imaging, installing computer equipment, and managing teams
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment up to 50 pounds
• Experience with hardware and software support and troubleshooting
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent with 5 years experience, or 13 total years experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
• Experience with VA Public Trust clearance
• Experience with Microsoft Windows desktop deployments
