Description

You will own the DACH sales territory, driving revenue by selling Temporal's open-source programming model to large enterprise organizations. Engage with technical stakeholders, navigate complex sales cycles, and act as a trusted advisor to help customers build resilient applications.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience
  • Proven track record of selling to software engineers and technical decision-makers
  • Demonstrated success navigating and closing deals within large matrixed enterprise organizations
  • Experience driving high-growth sales motions and scaling revenue in complex accounts
  • German language proficiency required

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close for new enterprise customers
  • Develop strategic sales plans to break into large matrixed enterprise accounts
  • Engage with software engineers, architects, and technical stakeholders to position Temporal
  • Navigate complex technical discussions and align Temporal's capabilities with customer needs
  • Partner with customer success, solutions architecture, and product teams for seamless customer experience
