This role offers fast pay progression starting at $20/hr and reaching $24+/hr by your one-year anniversary.

- Build genuine customer relationships via inbound and outbound calls
- Adapt to new products and technology updates in a fast-paced environment
- Review and verify sensitive customer documentation via casework
- Collaborate with AI tools for real-time feedback and coaching
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and learn new tools
- Proficiency in English
