You'll problem-solve using critical thinking alongside AI technology to find effective solutions in real-time. This role offers fast pay progression starting at $20/hr and reaching $24+/hr by your one-year anniversary.

  • Build genuine customer relationships via inbound and outbound calls
  • Adapt to new products and technology updates in a fast-paced environment
  • Review and verify sensitive customer documentation via casework
  • Collaborate with AI tools for real-time feedback and coaching

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and learn new tools
  • Proficiency in English
