π― What You'll Do
- Serve as primary post-sales contact for enterprise customers.
- Build trusted advisor relationships and drive product adoption.
- Conduct health checks and strategic business reviews.
- Identify churn risk and execute renewal strategies.
π Requirements
- 3+ years customer success in SaaS.
- Experience with large enterprise customers.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, M365, ServiceNow or similar.
- Proficiency in Gainsight, Zendesk preferred.
