You'll support production of optoelectronic devices for Starlink in a fast-paced environment. You'll manage new configurations, train technicians, and improve manufacturing processes. This role offers hands-on work with cutting-edge satellite technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute and manage new configuration introduction into production
• Program and operate microelectronics assembly machines
• Train technicians to run and troubleshoot complex machines
• Implement standard practices and troubleshooting guides

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 2+ years professional experience in hands-on manufacturing
• or bachelor's degree in engineering, math, or science

• Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, math, or science
• Hands-on experience with microelectronics manufacturing processes
• Experience with MIL-STD-883 test methods
