You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound sales calls and in-person interactions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Engage with customers in person at the branch.
• Learn all aspects of the title, payday, and signature loan business.
• Provide customers with appropriate financial products and services.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings.
• Reliable personal transportation and valid Driver's License.

✨ Nice to Have

• 1+ year conducting Phone Sales or Call Center experience.
• 1+ years Customer Service, Sales, Lending, or Collections experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

• Pay is hourly ($13.35-$14.29) for a role requiring sales and customer service experience.
