You'll use your tracking experience to deliver premier service in our Mexico office. You'll be a first point of contact for carriers and shippers, working closely with Client Success teams. This role offers growth in a leading transportation tech company and an award-winning culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make inbound/outbound calls to drivers and dispatchers
• Update tracking software with accurate information
• Manage and schedule appointments for pickups and deliveries
• Communicate with internal departments to relay information

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactiveness
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
