You'll be the single point of accountability for global proposal and enablement operations at a leading creative tech company. You'll manage concurrent workstreams across RFP, pitch, and enablement, ensuring rigorous quality standards and complex multi-party submissions stay on track. This role offers the chance to build scalable systems that directly impact win rates and revenue growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end RFP and RFI processes from intake to submission
• Manage project timelines across active proposal and pitch workstreams
• Allocate resources across concurrent RFP, pitch, and enablement workstreams
• Maintain Global Rate Card, RFI, and RFP databases with accuracy and version control

📋 Requirements

• Solid experience in sales operations, bid management, or sales enablement in a professional services or agency environment
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end RFP or bid processes in a high-volume B2B environment
• Strong project management capability to run multiple concurrent workstreams
• Salesforce proficiency including opportunity management and reporting

• Experience with rate card structures and budget tracking
