Director, Partner Sales - Enterprise

Description

Lead strategic partner relationships and accelerate revenue growth through co-selling, enablement, and joint business planning. You will own end-to-end partnerships, drive pipeline and ARR, and ensure successful customer deployment in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Sales, Pre-Sales, Partnerships/Alliances or related GTM role in B2B SaaS
  • Experience driving executive alignment and structured operating cadences (QBRs, pipeline reviews)
  • Strong understanding of sales engagement/revenue workflow and buyer ecosystem
  • Ability to influence cross-functionally across Sales, Enablement, Marketing, CS, Product, Legal, and Finance
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with C-level stakeholder engagement

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end strategic partnerships including joint business planning and quarterly executive reviews
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and ARR through joint account planning and co-selling
  • Build and scale enablement for partner sellers and internal field teams
  • Develop and run joint GTM programs in collaboration with Marketing, Sales Enablement, and RevOps
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage reseller agreements and operational processes
