Description

You will be the face of Carvana at our facility, managing vehicle movement, conducting patrols, and ensuring safety and security protocols are followed. You'll also handle badge creation, CCTV review, and de-escalate situations as needed.

Requirements

• 1-2 years customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle conflict positively
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds
• Standing for extended periods with frequent stretching and walking

Responsibilities

• Manage and document vehicle movement at entrance and exit gates
• Conduct routine patrols of facility and document security/safety concerns
• Handle badge creation, CCTV review, and access control
• Execute Safe and Secure Principles for access and exit
• De-escalate situations and support incident response
