Description

As a Technical Account Manager at Salt Security, you will ensure customers maximize their investment by guiding them through configuration, adoption, and value realization of our API security platform. You'll advise security and engineering teams, drive best practices, and manage customer relationships to achieve their security and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Portuguese speaking - a must
  • Experience in customer-facing technical roles (TAM, CS, etc.)
  • Ability to educate customers on API security and mature use cases

Responsibilities

  • Serve as dedicated Technical Advisor and trusted partner, optimizing platform usage
  • Define outcome-driven operational plans aligned to security and business objectives
  • Develop mutual action plans to advance time-to-value and product maturity
  • Identify high-impact use cases and guide production deployment
  • Deliver QBRs and standardized success reporting to customers
