Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in ICT or related field
• Proven experience with service management systems (HPSAW, JIRA, ServiceNow)
• Proven ability to follow practices and processes for high-quality support
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
• Desirable: 1+ year experience in IT or IS field

Responsibilities

• Integrate modules to create a web page
• Implement configurations and activate modules for web applications
• Localize web applications via CMS
• Upload content into web applications
• Participate in End-to-End Testing and User Acceptance Testing
