You'll join the Support team at Amplitude, a leading AI analytics platform, and provide enterprise-level support to customers. You'll diagnose and resolve technical issues via email and chat, ensuring a great customer experience. This role offers the chance to work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to advocate for customers.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Answer and escalate support tickets via email and chat
  • Drive resolution by investigating challenging tickets
  • Ensure all tickets meet service level agreements
  • Work with Customer Success Managers to drive data trust

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's Degree
  • Track record in a similar customer-facing role or strong empathy
  • Experience with SDKs and APIs
  • Familiarity with support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, Confluence, and Linear
