You'll join the Support team at Amplitude, a leading AI analytics platform, and provide enterprise-level support to customers. You'll diagnose and resolve technical issues via email and chat, ensuring a great customer experience. This role offers the chance to work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to advocate for customers.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Answer and escalate support tickets via email and chat
- Drive resolution by investigating challenging tickets
- Ensure all tickets meet service level agreements
- Work with Customer Success Managers to drive data trust
๐ Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's Degree
- Track record in a similar customer-facing role or strong empathy
- Experience with SDKs and APIs
- Familiarity with support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, Confluence, and Linear
