You'll work with innovative companies to bring products to market using Fictiv's global manufacturing network. Your core impact will be driving revenue growth by identifying and securing prototyping and production opportunities. You'll build lasting relationships with key decision-makers and become a trusted advisor for custom manufacturing needs.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop strategic account business plans to build and maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Identify and secure prototyping, ramp, production, and long-term manufacturing contracts
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Lead and manage customer contract negotiations
  • Build meaningful long-term relationships with key customer decision makers

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience with proven track record
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets
  • Demonstrated expertise with modern sales tools (CRM, Sequencing, Prospecting, Collaboration)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • BS/BA degree preferred
