You will lead a team of Business Analysts in large telecom projects, guiding service providers on best practices and ensuring quality solutions. You'll gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with teams to deliver BSS/OSS solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years technical knowledge of BSS/OSS/CRM solutions for telecoms
• Experience with BSS (CRM, Quotation, Catalog), OSS (Provisioning, Activation, Inventory) and Billing
• Strong business analysis background, preferably in telecom
• Proven ability to work on transformation projects in multinational teams
• Fluent English and Portuguese

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to leadership service provider on solution assessment and best practices
• Define and document measurable criteria for solution assessment
• Collect and collate business requirements for B2B telecom products
• Coach business stakeholders through requirements gathering process
• Lead and guide a team of Junior BAs
