🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and grow a team of 10–15 engineers
• Collaborate with product and technical leadership on objectives
• Drive timely delivery of complex software projects
• Champion best practices in software design and CI/CD

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering management experience
• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Deep understanding of Go, Rust, C++ or similar system languages
• Must be eligible to obtain U.S. Top Secret security clearance
