🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead HR functions for the Batesville fulfillment center.
• Mentor and develop HR Associates.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws through audits.
• Manage benefits administration and leave processes.

📋 Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in distribution, fulfillment, or manufacturing (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and HR systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Spanish language proficiency.
• Experience in 24-hour operational environments.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse, I-9 Management.
