• Lead and develop field quality team with on-site coaching.
• Perform inspections of solar materials and rooftop installations.
• Verify compliance with engineering drawings and codes.
• Document nonconformances and support corrective actions.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership in quality, construction, electrical, or solar roles
• 1-3 years of experience in quality, construction, electrical, or solar roles
• Ability to read construction drawings and electrical schematics
• Familiarity with NEC, OSHA, UL, and local building codes
