Description

You will support the Technical Engagement Team with administrative and operational tasks to ensure timely launch delivery and program lifecycle management. Act as a liaison between teams, maintain data integrity, and optimize delivery workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years in operations, program management, or admin roles in tech/cybersecurity/SaaS
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with operational tools like Slack, Jira, Gainsight, Freshdesk, Salesforce, Tableau
• Advanced reporting skills in Google Sheets or Excel (V/X-lookups, pivot tables)
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity and ethical hacking

Responsibilities

• Monitor channels for newly won deals and assign to TEMs
• Update Salesforce and Gainsight for customer engagement readiness
• Monitor workload, assign engagements, and recommend adjustments for resource optimization
• Analyze and optimize delivery workflows to improve efficiency
• Serve as liaison between TEM, CEM, and Sales teams
