You'll support fund finance and operations in Gibraltar, ensuring NAV accuracy, reconciliations, and audit readiness. Your work will maintain defensible records for a top-10 global crypto market maker. This high-trust role values precision and dependable execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support preparation of fund financial statements and workpapers.
• Prepare and review NAV statements and supporting schedules.
• Perform NAV reconciliations and investigate breaks.
• Maintain and reconcile ledgers accurately and on time.

📋 Requirements

• Relevant finance, accounting or fund-operations experience.
• Strong reconciliations mindset and holistic system understanding.
• Strong spreadsheet skills, especially Google Sheets formulas.
• Very strong attention to detail.

✨ Nice to Have

• Fund accounting, NAV exposure, investor reporting.
• Digital assets or crypto familiarity.
• Progress towards AAT, ACCA, CIMA or similar.
