💼 About This Role

As a Part-Time Assistant Manager, you'll support store leadership in daily operations and meet sales targets. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and ensure their success. This role offers the chance to work in a music and pop culture retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Cover sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Love for music and pop culture
• Strong communication, time management, and professionalism skills
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
