You'll lead a team of Sales Representatives and Account Managers, driving growth through coaching and operational excellence in our New Business and Account Management teams. You'll ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.   • Lead, coach, and support a team of Sales and/or Account Managers to achieve revenue targets
  • Monitor team pipeline health and ensure accurate forecasting
  • Drive performance through regular feedback and performance management
  • Support team members in complex negotiations and deal structuring

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales or account management experience
  • 2+ years in a supervisory or team leadership role
  • Proven success with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, especially private equity and venture capital

  • Experience with Outreach, Gong, or similar sales tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
