• Produce scalable learning solutions like videos and e-learning modules.
• Track completion and efficacy of training programs.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of instructional design experience.
• Knowledge of learning methodologies and LMS.
• Experience with Workday Learning administration and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of Articulate Rise and Storyline.
