You'll bridge Synthflow's AI phone agent platform with enterprise customer success, leading end-to-end implementations and integrations. You'll combine technical acumen with customer empathy to translate business challenges into scalable solutions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end implementation of AI phone agent platform for enterprise customers.
• Develop and maintain integrations with CRMs, telephony systems, and workflow tools.
• Proactively identify optimization opportunities to maximize customer outcomes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments.

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years in technical customer-facing role (FDE, Implementation, or Solutions Engineer).
• Spanish fluency is mandatory.
• Hands-on with Python or JavaScript for integrations and customizations.
• Experience leading enterprise software implementations involving APIs or telephony.

• Experience with telephony providers, SIP, or contact center systems.
• Background in LLM prompting or AI orchestration.
• Track record of driving renewals or measurable customer outcomes in enterprise.
