💼 About This Role

You'll guide and advise customers as a trusted advisor on our mobile-first training platform for the restaurant and hospitality industry. You'll help drive high utilization by building strong relationships and tracking key metrics, while also refining repeatable processes to scale. This role offers the chance to help build the foundation of our customer experience at a company transforming how the service industry develops its people.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build long-term customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Onboard new customers, leading implementation and training calls.
• Conduct regular reporting to ensure customers optimize the product.
• Monitor emails, calls, and chats within required SLA.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and uncover product improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Customer Success or similar role.
• Experience building relationships and mitigating churn.
• Experience working with customers with multiple units and stakeholders.
• Empathetic, positive attitude with desire to help customers reach goals.

✨ Nice to Have

• Hospitality environment experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Intercom, G Suite, Zoom.
