🎯 What You'll Do

• Use SQL and Python to navigate large datasets for growth insights.
• Interpret and refine KPIs with statistical significance.
• Act as trusted advisor, translating technical insights into product strategies.
• Work with Engineering and Product to embed data-driven culture.
• Transform requirements into intuitive dashboards and visualizations.

📋 Requirements

• Strong background in a quantitative field (Engineering, Math, Physics, Economics, CS).
• Proficiency in SQL is essential.
• Experience with Python for data analysis is a significant plus.
• Exceptional communication in Advanced/Fluent English.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Metabase or similar BI tools.
• Client-facing mindset and stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to think from first principles and handle ambiguity.
