Description

As a Product Delivery Manager, you will lead cross-functional initiatives to bring next-generation security, fire, and automation products to market, coordinating every phase from ideation through production and customer delivery. You'll ensure products like smart cameras and sensors are launched on time and to the highest quality and security standards.

• Experience in product delivery or project management
• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage risk and develop mitigation strategies
• Proficiency in creating and managing project schedules and readiness trackers
• Experience with product launches and go-to-market processes

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product launch lifecycle including development, testing, release, and post-launch evaluation
• Act as central liaison between Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, IT, Training, HR, Customer Operations, Accounting, and third-party vendors
• Build and maintain detailed launch plans, milestone schedules, and readiness trackers with dependency management
• Oversee go-to-market preparation including installation documentation, logistics, sales processes, and training materials
• Monitor post-launch performance and lead feedback loops for continuous improvement
