You'll work with Enterprise customers to ensure their success by driving adoption of the Workato Intelligent Automation Platform. You'll own a portfolio of accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and advocating for customers across internal teams. Enterprise Customer Success at Workato means impacting retention and growth for global accounts.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts to drive adoption and retention.
  • Develop strategic relationships with senior customer executives.
  • Deliver Executive Business Reviews and Customer Objectives reviews.
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for customer issues.

📋 Requirements

  • BS or equivalent education.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in customer success or related roles.
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts with ARR from $200k to multi-million.
  • Track record of navigating ambiguity and building consensus.
