You will lead development of secure, scalable backend systems for the Affinidi Elements platform using Rust, working with global teams on open-source components and influencing architectural direction.

Requirements

• Proven experience with performance optimization
• Deep expertise in Rust for backend development
• Strong TypeScript/Node.js skills; Dart preferred
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native environments
• Track record in designing and deploying distributed systems

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver secure, high-quality features using Rust
• Influence architectural direction and long-term technical strategy
• Design solutions to complex, large-scale technical challenges
• Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews
• Establish best practices for high-scale distributed systems
