You'll lead complex accounting and financial reporting for a leading audio streaming company. You'll analyze debt, equity, M&A, and segment reporting while preparing SEC filings and collaborating with cross-functional teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze accounting considerations for complex transactions
• Prepare technical accounting memoranda and presentations
• Assist in SEC filings and statutory financial statements
• Collaborate with FP&A, Legal, HR, and Audit teams

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years public accounting with SEC registered companies
• Active CPA license or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of GAAP or IFRS and SEC reporting
• Experience in technical accounting research and drafting memos

• Accounting advisory or transaction services experience
• Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite
